    Gleeson Homes are proposing to redevelop the former Infant School site on Cockhouse Lane, Ushaw Moor. The proposals are to construct around 25 traditional two storey family homes for low cost private sale to local people.
    The company operate a ‘no investor/no rental’ scheme so that properties cannot be bought by landlords and rented out.
    A planning application is likely to be submitted in novemeber 2011 with working starting early in the new year.
